How long have you been building guitars?

We began building guitars in 2005. We opened our first guitar repair shop in 1998.

Do you guarantee your guitars?

Yes - we guarantee our guitars for one year against all manufacturing defects.

How do I purchase a guitar?

Just give us a call at 702-884-7490. Make sure you select all the features/options you want before calling. All available features are listed here on our website.

How much of a deposit do I have to put down to order a guitar?

For guitars not in-stock, 50% down is required to begin building. For in-stock guitars, full payment is required plus tax and shipping charges.

For not in-stock guitars, when do I need to pay the balance for the guitar (the remaining 50%).

The remaining 50% plus tax and shipping charges is due prior to shipping.

How do I provide payments and deposits to you?

Call first - we take checks and PayPal.

Do you offer artist endorsements?

Currently we offer artist endorsements to internationally-known artists only.

May I cancel my guitar order once my down payment is made?

We are unable to offer refunds once the building process has begun.

How long will it take before I receive my new guitar?

Four months maximum.

Will you take partial payments on a guitar that's in stock?

We're unable to accept partial payments at this time.

Do you offer special order guitars?

We currently only offer what's listed under each guitar category.

Do you sell parts or accessories?

We do not sell parts or accessories at this time.

What kind of strings do you use on your new guitars?

We currently use Fender Nickel-Steel strings on all our new guitars (Fender strings are manufactured by D'Addario). All new guitars are strung with .10-.46 gauge strings.

Do you offer custom set-ups on new guitars?

On all new guitars, the frets are dressed and guitars set up to standard specifications.

Do you carry guitars in stock?

Yes. We usually have several models available to ship immediately.

Will you sell a guitar with only the neck and body and nothing else?

We currently do not sell incomplete or unfinished instruments.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are currently unable to offer free shipping.

Which company do you use for shipping?

We use Fedex Ground or Air for shipping.

Will you ship my guitar without a case?

We only ship our guitars in new Fender Deluxe Molded Hardshell cases.

Will you ship my guitar with a case I provide?

We currently only ship guitars in new Fender Deluxe Molded Hardshell cases.

Do you offer repairs, upgrades, or modifications?

Due to our small staff, we are unable to offer repairs, upgrades, or modifications at this time.
